Corporate Finance Partner
Are you a Corporate Finance Director ready for a move to Partner or a Partner seeking a move to a Boutique Corporate Finance firm with more autonomy.
Our client is a leading Corporate Finance Boutique, and their team is growing due to the success of the business and they are looking for a TS Partner to join the team.
Due to having an incredibly busy 2025, they are looking for someone to hit the ground running, so you will need to bring strong experience/business development with you.
They are looking for candidates at Director or Partner level.
Their deal size is generally £2m-50m, buy and sell side focused, and sector agnostic.
The team deal with a wide variety of deals, and clients, so this is a great role for someone wanting to really have the autonomy to help build out the future of the business.
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Worked in TS with a strong network or end to end Corporate Financier
- An industry relevant qualification e.g ACA, ACCA. However, exceptions can be made for candidates with significant experience and the right fit with the company’s culture
- The capability to manage the day to day running of the team and their future development
