Job Description
- Lead and manage financial due diligence projects for acquisitions, disposals, and other transactions.
- Analyse financial statements and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities for clients.
- Prepare and review financial due diligence reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting financial due diligence.
- Support business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Transaction Services Senior Manager (Financial Due Diligence) should have:
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- A proactive approach to identifying risks and providing strategic solutions.
