Transaction Services Director responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple deals simultaneously, leading scoping meetings, and preparing formal reports with a primary focus on financial due diligence
  • Leading and managing financial due diligence projects across a range of industries and deal sizes (typically £30–200m enterprise value)
  • Taking responsibility for larger projects and supporting Partners where required
  • Managing the corporate team and supporting the development of junior colleagues
  • Being active in the market to ensure the firm is well represented, and contributing to business development to win new work and grow the department
  • Ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables, often under tight deal deadlines

As a Transaction Services Director you will be/have:

  • Around 5-8 years’ experience in Transaction Services
  • A relevant professional qualification (ACA or equivalent)
  • Some experience in business development, or a strong desire to take this on as part of the role
  • A proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management
  • Strong exposure to Transaction Services and experience mentoring junior team members
